You forgot the Game Over in their duo survival (where they lack any other lives but they die falling to an endless pit or when the Illusion touches Tails), and also when Tails ends impaled by spikes and Knuckles dies when Exeller shoots an energy orb after him (when he doesn't have the Black Ring)

Well that's the point. Spirits of hell wasn't supposed to be nothing but scary, but add a story to Sonic.exe. It's this game that takes the creepy pasta aspect away from Sonic.exe, and even though it can still be scary, it's not the core of the game series.
