adding to his boost discussion, it can pick a boost in first even if its away, it can also use a shield WHILE boosting which means if you arent using a multipickup item it will take while to catch up

3:12 WEEEEEEEE- but I’m glad this event is over and how Hardlight paid a little attention to the complaints and nerfed Super Sonic hard and Werehog a little, so I think those two aren’t sad faced tier any more, but they’re still kinda broken. Infinite… wth, Sega? This is the third time he’s been nerfed and he’s STILL broken. I don’t know what the hold up is, but I’m tired of being bombarded by deadly replicas and reality warps and how the effect stacks and then seeing Infinite just zoom past me with his boost.

Having a bunch of level 5 challengers in my games spamming deadly replica was by far the most annoying thing i have ever faced in this game.

Well you were right when you said their was going to be new challenger characters. Cant wait to get screwed over by movie knuckles when challenger mode comes back. Also I love your videos. Your awesome!! Hope you continue to make great videos.

I would had been okay with this event if infinite bot had a chance to encounter rather in every game. Then, it wouldn’t be as annoying as much in terms of climbing, but really this character as a whole is not really fun to play against.

Personally I think that the bot should appear every 3-5 races that you play, so that you can play in a normal lobby without getting sabotaged by infinite every race. It would also let you collect other chests (silver,gold,platinum,emerald) rather than getting challenger chests every race. It would also make leveling infinite up a little more challenging 😵‍💫

The amount of times the bot rammed into me in first/second with its boost is incredibly frustrating. And these are some really good points, hopefully hardlight can hear people's criticisms of the game and make these necessary nerfs so it's not such an uphill battle facing these characters with favorites

This trophy system in my opinion is fine when there's a normal bot in the race, but the main issue I have is it's applied while you're racing this specific bot. It's not the system itself, it's the circumstances in which it is placed. The bot is at fault here, nothing else. Other than the blatant matchmaking issue which can (and should) be fixed, the bigger issue is this bot has the potential to drag you down... and ends up doing so most of the time (with all the boost hits you've mentioned, for example).

I raced a hacker earlier today and at the beginning of the race the bot was the same speed of the hacker. I have the recording to prove it. Challenger mode can be improved upon.

Reason for that is that the bot takes on the traits of an existing player (namely starting rings). Unfortunately that means if there's a hacker the bot may take on the traits of the hacker...

If you had the power, How would you change Infinite?

1. Give him a normal boost (something akin to what Illusion Boost was before it was reworked into Confusion Boost or something) 2. Move the hitbox of reality warp down a bit (even the ones without the raised height can hit you in the air) 3. Decrease his acceleration (2 10/10s is a nono) 4. Have shields block his effect (it should block all other side effects too) 5. Have the effect not turn dash pads into spikes (this part of all his moves is just unfair)
