In my opinion her boost is hard to use. You have to level her up a bit. Like level 7 where she gets 35 rings.

To Describe Her In Less than 10 Words: She's Broken And An Heavy Hitter And Her Boost Is Slow But Heavy! Her Crossed Wires Are Already So Good, They Appear Very Fast and Can Sometimes Be Impossible to notice Her Boost Is Slow But Deals A LOT of damage for Exchange The Only DrawBack Is that you Can't Get Rings Or Items while Boosting Her Bullet Punch: It's Good Enough! It Has A Good Range And Does About The Damage of an Ice Mine

A good way I realized to better utilize her boost is to manually stop it before reaching an item box to extend it further than it would normally good. Unlike other boosts, Rusty’s can be stopped early by manually swiping down during the boost, practically giving you full control over how long you want it to last. If timed right when you about to grab an item box, you can basically extend how long you want to boost for; something that’s much harder to do with other boosts.

Not broken at all, u can’t get use to her boost since u can’t pick up items, rings or get dashpads, and the projectile is not that good either.
