Cool! Does Sonic Forces have any asked glitches? I've been searching for the past month and experimenting in game and I can't find any... Only the absurd momentum for the jump, which doesn't give much of a boost

I love these video so much it’s amazing what you can do with the physics in this game and the closest I ever got to pulling off stuff like this was in sky sanctuary I drifted on to one of those really wide railings and launched myself in to the air and the funniest thing is that I did it by complete accident

Any tips on catching the helicopter at the beginning of the stage?

Just boost down the left side of the path without ‘blast off’ and jump as the helicopter approaches. It’s consistent, but not as fast as clearing that area manually at top speed

You probably need a higher launch, it often takes several attempts to get enough height to clear that area

@ okay I’ve tried about 77 times. Not sure if it’s a matter of timing or if it’s truly THAT random. Do you have any tips for getting a lot of height or do I just stick with it?

There is some timing involved since drift launching too early won’t send you high enough, but the launch is still somewhat random. Tilting up-left or up-right depending on which way Sonic is facing can also help carry your speed further

They’re unlocked by collecting all red star rings in Green Hill Act 2 and Speed Highway Act 2

The drift launch can be pretty inconsistent, it’s just an exploit that often takes a lot of restarts to get a good launch
