I predict that when Lanolin finds out that Duo is actually mimic & how awful she was to Silver knowing he was right, this would probably give her trust issues. Thus why she would go Solo while Tangle, Whisper, & Silver go after Mimic. Lanolin is likely gonna be Lawful neutral because she would believe Justice has to be served to not just villains like Eggman & Klutch, but also to Sonic & others that in her mind keep breaking the law since she even said “Justice needs to be served” on Sonic. As for the rest of 75, I would think the rouges would help save those on the ship, Surge & Kit get a small payback on Klutch in a beat down, the diamond cutters have Mimic and try to defuse the distrust among them, and Sonic of course tries to save his team with the Chaotix to put the ship on a different course that is likely Silvers garden.

Oh man, Charmy, Jewel, Nite and some of the background characters were the MVP's in this issue when trying to stop and finally stand up to Clutch. They all rock.

Now that you mention it, I’m surprised the others didn’t pick up that Duo wouldn’t have known about the identity reveal. And the fact Lanolin was still spouting about Sonic being a criminal, despite her knowing his character and how he only does things for a reason. I just hope they don’t make her a one note character who focuses on the obvious wrong answer and ignoring the finer details

she's gonna need a talk from Jewel when she calls out Whisper and Tangle for hiding a dangerous criminal, only for Jewel to reveal that she knew as well because they told her and that she authorized their secrecy, and then also fills in Lanolin on who the real bad guy was an why she didn't trust Lanolin, which could shock and confuse Lanolin, causing her to go on a tirade, trying to justify her own actions in a rather self-righteous manner and berate Tangle, Whisper and Jewel for not following the rules and being 'out of order', only for Jewel to slap her out of her funk and point out that they actually DO care about the restoration and point out her own flaws and hypocrisy. As for Duo, perhaps sooner or later, preferably in the first half of issue 75, his somehow knowing of Tangle and Whisper knowing who the phantom rider even though he was unconscious at the time will get brought up and, along with the evidence supporting the fact that there are TWO phantom riders, could lead to Mimic either being exposed or giving up and revealling himself

Its made pretty clear she holds order above everything else, and that isn't compatible with Sonic's way of doing things and the Restorations knack for following along with that.

If I was to guess what’ll happen with Surge and Kit next chapter (if they’re asked to explain themselves) is that they’ll tell a sappy version of what actually happened when Clutch had black mailed them with information on their past that he supposedly had in exchange for ‘getting rid’ of the Phantom Rider and them saying that they wanted to do the right thing and only followed orders half-way and after things started to go pear-shaped they went up to help everyone and try to get Clutch to tell them what he knew

This issue was great for so many reasons. Clutch almost killing Tails is wasn't going to happen but hey ge tried. Background characters like charmy, nite, and a literal background character stopping clutch is amazing. Jewel basically destroying everything is insane and Clutch going along with it is just amazing. Lanolin having every right to mad, Duo aka mimic so far safe but just barely until the next issue. Lastly, surge and kit being great just by existing with surge just done with everything and wants the day to be done while Kit is murder happy actually believing him and Surge can just end every is insane in every way. This issue was just amazing and loved every second of it. P.S did they make a reference about sonic x shadow generations about the wings.

first off Clutch is really lucky that Sonic isn't in the same room as them or else his lights would be immediately knocked out and he'll be sent 6 feet under if Sonic witness him trying to shoot Tails and Clutch tries to do it again with Charmy showing he is wiling to murder a child to gain control back in the situation and Clean Sweep's Inc is officially busted and there's no way of trying to hide it anymore now that everyone in the restoration is back in control somewhat and Nite is so awesome in this issue love how everybody is taking turns flipping the table on Clutch but unfortunately it's not enough to put him down now that he damaged the main controls of the shuttle and its heading towards the city in a irreversible speed back with the Diamond Cutters, Sonic and Surge and Kit, man Surge is not holding back anymore and she's also willing to expose Mimic as well in front of everyone speaking of Mimic, he yet again is trying to make an escape from the carnage and using whatever excuse and tricks up his sleeves also too cowardly to fight his way out with Surge knowing the risk of blowing his cover man I'm praying he gets pushed off his board and plummet into the ground below finally Lanolin, girl can you think for a second how it is strange that Duo knows Tangle and Whisper is hiding the fact that they know Sonic is the Phantom Rider when he allegedly supposed to be unconscious during the race in Misty Spire and now he is trying run away when he is supposed to be helping you guys to prevent the shuttle from crashing and can you reflect how you've been treating your friends, teammates and everyone around you and how you've been kissing Duo's ass for the whole 4 races straight and dismissing your allies warnings about who he truly is and how your too focused on following and enforcing the rules that you refused to look for outside inferences and jumped to conclusions instead of trying to understand or finding the actual reasons why and now you have the irony to call your friends defending a criminal when you yourself is doing the same, I wish you learned something in this event Lan maybe someday you'll be a great leader

Random as this might seem, keeping in mind that he was once in the criminal business himself, Fang is seeing all this Clutch stuff down and is just saying to himself "Nope, been there done that, not today" and high tails it out of there on the Marvelous Queen.

Prediction: With Belle being in the same place with Rough and Tumble, there maybe mention about their involvement with Mr. Tinker. They tell Belle that Dr. Starline had tried everything to change Mr. Tinker back to Dr. Eggman, but with no prevail. Then one look at a beaten-up Metal Sonic was enough to snap him back to his old self. It would be revealed to Belle that it was Sonic and Tails who set Metal free, and she would start thinking that they were to ones who took her father from her, not Starline. It was them who brought her into the Restoration in the first place, and it was in that newly-formed doubt in them that she leaves it in Issue 76. I still think she would formed a friendship with Surge and Kitsunami (becoming there third).

You're making it harder and harder to defend you, Lanolin. I hope next issue you *STOP* and question Sonic why he took up the Phantom Rider identity. You're getting on Tangle and Whisper's case for protecting a "dangerous criminal" while you were *unknowingly* doing the same thing with Duo/Mimic. When this arc ends, take some time off and learn to take things easy. My prediction is that Surge and Kit will expose Duo/Mimic. They weren't keen on letting him slip away.

@BlackFlash09 I think is safe to say that Lanolin has bad listening skills, she never stopped and thinks what's going on here, and it doesn't help that Mimic is making things worst between her and her teammates, Lanolin say they're a team , but doesn't listen to her teammates, last time anyone trying tell her anything it didn't work out, sure she needs evidence, and Silver and Whisper did a poorly job explaining about Duo being Mimic, but she never stopped to think why they say that, she just takes everything into value Lanolin has what you call blind justice acts like she doing this the right way, but ends up doing it wrong, is understandable why Tangle didn't tell Lanolin early on, because is impossible tell her anything and she doesn't trust them

This issue has a lot of drama. So they finally expose Clutch finally. And after I saw this I was so, so happy. But not going to lie the whole Lanolin situation, I still hate her for not listening to other people. Like all these bad things would have been avoided if she would have just stop being stubborn and stop being blinded by everything around her and choosing not to listen. So ironic for her to say " You're protecting a criminal." When she's been doing that the whole time with Duo. Who, I should remind you helped kill his team. And she let that on her team. If anything I'm so glad that Tangle and Whisper hid that from her because I knew she wasn't going to listen to reason. Like they're on the MVP's in this. And I just like how Kit just caught Duo trying to leave knowing that he's trying to run away with his tail between his legs. And how Surge did asked him about this, putting him into a corner. And with him lying, I know his days are getting numbered. I want this last issue for him to be exposed for who he. And can I just say that I love Sonic more in this arc since he doesn't care about explaining himself to anybody he cares about helping people on that flying fortress. It shows a lot of character from him knowing that he will be able to do the wrong things for the right reasons and be ready to help other people in time of need. So far I can't wait for issue 75 to see the ending. I want Sonic to win, Duo or to be exposed, And have Lanolin learn a lesson about listening to other and learning how to be less stubborn and arrogant.

I find this incredibly inconsistent with how things actually are in Sonic’s world. Eggman has done far worse things and he still manages to get people in with Eggman land. Clutch’s crimes are absolutely puny in comparison and he has so many resources and supporters to get away with this, especially since Sonic himself is involved with even worse corruptions that are far more damaging than anything Clutch would ever consider to allow.

I can't wait until Sliver shows up with Blaze, and then Sliver said's to the Diamonds Cutters on the lines of, "I told you he was bad news. But you just didn't want to believe me or Wisper, did you?" Edit: I know it's out of character for Sliver to do, but I want him to say it, because it would show how naive Lanolin's is with trusting new members of the Diamonds Cutters , and how she shouldn't be this naive again as a learning step. I know leaders can make mistakes, but I want Sliver along side Wisper to really get her to understand her error and also try to get her to avoid a situation like what Mimic did to them as a group again. Besides, I don't think Sally would easily trust new members of the Freedom Fighters, right? If Sally easily trusted new members like what Lanolin did, then Eggman would've had the Freedom Fighters be robot slaves by now in SATAM.

I mean for once I can’t blame for being scared of those guys. His only real “Power” is shape shifting. Which isn’t a bad super power mind you. It had its uses. Buuuut when it comes to straight up combat ability. It’s not the best ability you want to have when you got others with Telekinesis. Electrokinesis. Aqua-kinesis. Plus ALL the abilities that Sonic and Shadow got under their belts. Trust me there’s a lot of powers they got besides speed.

A good issue with some of the best art the run has had imo. Still annoyed at the Mimic subplot I wish they'd get that over with. It's just not impressing me to make the other characters dumb to make that whole thing work.

There are days where I miss Sally acorn (from the Archie Sonic universe) because she would’ve instantly trusted sonics judgment alongside the others when she realize something was amidst right from the start. Not to say that Lanolin is a bad character but she instantly is quick to judgment on others despite that tangle and whisper knew something was wrong and the reason why sonic would ever become the phantom rider in the first place what is the probably investigate what was happening with clean sweep Inc. But my favorite part about the story is how Surge, The cyborg clone sister to sonic (aka the android 18 of the sonic universe), is that she is basically letting things play out and just waiting to strike to get the spoils of war from this entire event. Plus it is kind of funny seeing jet the hawk actually losing his temper and seeing how he demands satisfaction from the blue hedgehog 😂.

Faults aside I did find Knuckles far more engaging when he not only has a whole messed up family history, but how it all ended up leading him into becoming the next incarnation of Enerjak. Possessed not so much by a mad spirit but rather his entire lineage. IDW has better structure but that's what it's confined to. I am thankful that Robotnik was easily carried over.

Yeah, the Resistance troops did their good job. But Clutch doesn't care if he used their guns or Eggman Empire's guns he use them and also crash the ship with the city that the people are in. Again, writers, why do you make Lolina bad? Stop it. It doesn't old or new they shouldn't do it. Yeah, the girls didn't say to him, when he knew, probably be a smart idea, not to ruin the moments. Bout time, that bee his job and Jewel you got some style girl. Yeah, blame Sonic or whatever, he remember his friends are inside, and he can't let that happen.
