Sonic Mania (PC) Softlock After Hydrocity Act 2 Boss

Maybe this happened cuz I was mashing all the buttons. I'm not sure. At least after I restarted the game, I could start from Mirage Saloon Zone, so I didn't have to do Hydrocity again.
