To be honest the Sonic council is the most strongest group in the multiverse well one of the strongest apparently it's a group made of modern Sonic multiverse sonic boom Sonic movie Sonic and Scourge modern Sonic is the group's leader well before he got out of his freeway from fleetway Sonic was the main antagonist the entire episode basically he went on a rampage throughout the multiverse killing almost everyone in sight but he wasn't alone Rosie the rascal also joined in foot locker in the Sonic council to defeat both of them Rosie was locked up and Fleetway Sonic disappeared forever

​@@terrance2481if a long time ago there was this incident that happened about a couple of years ago and apparently it involved Sonic's Fleetway form so the other Sonics from different universes decide to come together to form a new group they call themselves The Sonic council and when modern Sonic was under control of Fleetway Sonic but they combine their most powerful forms together to help concentrate enough energy to get him back but luckily they got them back and ever since then they decided to form a group called The Sonic council that's when modern sauna became the leader
