In OG riders he is worth to unlock but in the ZG, only if you know very well what are you doing, I don't like him in ZG, but in good hands and/or in the right tracks for him, he can prove to be quite a strong power-type

Oh boy I feel nostalgic and that music fits perfectly. Here is a tip you know the parts where you need gravity right? Just use the button that makes you stop from moving and change your direction. You will save more rings instead of wasting it on gravity.

Strange that in Zero Gravity when you start the race you run as Sonic, In the first game i remember you started off with Super Sonic with like 10 rings to start with.

Open Dolphin and take a look at the icon on the right of the game's title. If it looks like the USA banner, that means it's NTSC, if it looks like a European Union banner - it's PAL.

The trick is not playing as recklessly as ArtFenix did, Chaos Emerald has the potential to be faster and more unstoppable than anything this game has to offer, but if you don't master its usage, you'll fail harder than ever. (the trick is getting the Ring Magnet ASAP, you'll suffer through Lap 1, but own the rest of the race)

It was released on PS2 and Wii. Im not sure if there was ever a PC release but you can use PCSX2 (PS2) emulator or Dolphin (Wii/Gamecube) emulator to play it
