Sonic Riders Zero Gravity - Tempest Waterway - Shadow 4K 60 FPS

Hooray! Looks like the purple smudge glitch is gone, which means I can finally use newer revisions of Dolphin where water is not that glitched (if it is at all, I am not completely sure). Truth be told, it is even harder to capture these vids, since I have to play them while the game is lagging like crazy. (Dolphin's frame dump feature to record) but I guess I can make these from time to time. Here's Shadow in Tempest Waterway. Enjoy! =^_^=

it really saddens me that with some further development, if they made a spin-off series out of this, it would definitely be better than all-stars racing and maybe better than Mario Kart

@@viccstarr1308 Sure it's a mix-up, but it's nowhere near as good as Mario Kart. The only department Sonic Riders stood a chance in was the soundtrack. The character roster, the mechanics, the level designs...all of it doesn't really come close. Doesn't mean it couldn't have became a good racer, but it'd need A LOT of work to be comparable to a Mario Kart or a Crash Team Racing.

@@ChipnDipz1 Idk. Mario Kart is good but I enjoy Sonic riders more tbh. I think sonic riders only lacks in the number of stages. But, other than that, I still enjoy it more. And yea, with how different the mechanics are, Sonic Riders would never be comparable to Mario Kart. They just have way too different mechanics and I think the level designs are also affected by it. Just my thoughts tho.

I was playing this stage yesterday as Shadow (who doesn’t love that cocky hedgie?), all com players were so hard to beat and the stage itself didn’t help it either but wow! You just beat it all like it was nothing! Bravo!!

Zero gravity feels much slower than OG riders because they removed boosting imo. Also, drifting in the first game without the gravity mechanic was easier, but the fact that the gravity drift picks you up off the ground allowed you to cut over some corners. I just wish the top speed was a little faster and the handling was a little better.

The handling to me was much better than first Riders, the first game to me was very slippy.

You play the game while its lagging like hell, yet you still manage to get an s on all jumps.

Performing jumps is generally easier but not for an X rank for some reason. Sometimes I feel like it's easier to get X ranks when playing the game at full speed instead of in slo-mo.
