i’ve noticed that you can get one emerald PER ZONE. so if you get a Gold ring in any act in the zone, you’ve claimed the emerald for all ring rooms, which will make them blue 5Medal rooms

There are more big rings so it's like the classics, you only get one try, if you don't click retry of course

Clicking retry resets the whole level, so if the giant ring is far into the stage, it may be a bit frustrating

You missed quite a few locations, like how you skipped Press Factory and Golden Capital entirely, and various other spots in previous zones, but other than that, its a good video considering the game had been out for like a day now.

@@natoriousthehopeful2786 I found them by accident. But I got all the Emeralds before Golden Capital Act 2. I only recently discovered that it grants you all 7 in the end of the stage, but I had all 7 before finishing it and I remember playing Super Sonic only for the Act 1 boss to steal my rings and automatically detransform me. It was hilarious.

The green chaos emerald? Well I was struggling too until I realized the emerald chases in a circle loop, so what i did was stay in a position the emerald was in and wait for it to come back the opposite way

There is a second gold ring in Pinball Carnival. I just stumbled upon it while trying to find this one!

You have to stay to the bottom of the stage! Eventually you’ll come across it. Either this ring is a second one, or somehow the first. But the location and surroundings of this ring are different than what I’ve seen in the video!

I think I know what I’m seeing now… Apparently, the game will only let you collect one emerald per zone. BUT, there is no set location for a giant gold ring. Pretty much, the first giant ring you find in a level (regardless of where) will be gold. I know this because after I found a gold ring in another location than what I saw in the video, I got curious. So I went back to try and find the gold ring where I saw it in the video.. However, once I got there, it was not gold, but blue. Despite me never having gone there before. So it seems the goal would just try to find any giant ring you can! Maybe I’ll find out more as I continue playing.

for the 7th emerald for me it tells me to catch medals as there is no emerald, is it supposed to be anywhere else? I don't have it yet either so was there an update or something? Edit: I found it in press factory instead, but the game won't let me use super sonic at all for some reason? I have all the emeralds and the icon is showing up in the power wheel, and it's letting me use all the other emeralds just not super sonic :/

From the looks of it, yes. There's like 7 zones, each with their own specific Chaos Emerald. It's probably set up like that because of the Chaos Emerald abilities. And after I got my first Chaos Emerald in Bridge Island Zone Act 1, all the other big rings later in Act 1 and Act 2 of the same zone become big blue rings where the reward is 5 medals instead of another Chaos Emerald.

It does, if you know about the rocket section in Act 2. Don't go in the rocket yet, try to Ether use the red emerlads ability or fly over it with tails. It should be behind a wall

You can only get one emerald per level (level, not act). When you stand in a level, it will highlight the emerald you collected there. If none is highlighted, the rings will be gold there.

The green chaos emerald is such a pain to get!!😡 it’s sometimes throws a curveball at you like for example, whenever I go up, it goes down and whenever I go down, it goes up and when I’m close to catching it, it just swerves.

The trick is to always go the way it’s going, either follow it left (if it goes left) or right

The last emerald can be obtained in the press level once you get outside the boss area in act 2 of the press place go all the way to the right to get the ring note this ring is HARD to get but its worth it after reseting the level 11 times
