I wonder why they couldn't just have Elise run behind Sonic. I mean Maria ran behind and kept up with Shadow in Shadow the Hedgehog, plus she could even fight, and she was just a little girl.

I always thought that this stage encouraged exploration due to the sand mechanics, but due to Elise and general 06 nonsense it fell flat. Dare I say this mod actually does fix those issues (as you said, no stupid Elise gimmix) Do you know the required specs to play this on PC btw? Curious if my laptop can handle it. PS: Run Silver pls Kappa

This is one of the stages that show 06 had genuinely good ideas for level design (mind you there'll be plenty to bitch about in this run as we go, specially for fuckin' Shadow lmao) You mean the ongoing PC port? No idea, thought it was only Kingdom Valley so far. And Shirva will come after Sonikku, Edgy will be left last since he has easily the worst stages lol

Elise isn't stupid nor is the gimmick bad. her shield (if programmed correctly) would give you a way to just blast through enemies.
