This mod is awesome. It not only feels like a natural part of the game with the slight tweaks to Sonic’s moveset and design, but also for the fact there’s a few changes to be accurate to the era Melee released like with Sonic’s voice, Amy replacing Silver in Green Hill, and even something as small as the buckles on Sonic’s shoes being connected through the bottom like his SA2 Trial and Sonic R models. I like how his textures here also both match the SA1 CG renders and cutscenes, while also not being too detailed that they’d seem out of place with the rest of Melee’s graphics, and the same can be said of how the voice clips have just the right amount of compression to sound like they’re just part of the game. Great stuff overall.

Hey, the alternate costumes are very nice. Typically, Smash mods change Sonic's fur color to drastically different colors, like Red or Green, but this one strikes a nice balance between PM and Brawl recolors, it's actually quite awesome.

Actually, they did. If you go into special melee and win a sudden death match, the victory screen will be fixed and the shows the extra characters victory pose! (Sonic uses the Mario fanfire)
