Sonic The Hedgehog: The Lost Worlds is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 by ExecByte. This hack features all of the zones that were cut from Sonic 2 during development. Some zones have been ported from the Sonic 2 Simon Wai prototype and then finished up, and some have been created based on magazine pictures and information from interviews with people who worked on Sonic 2.

For those of you who don't know, these are all of the zones and levels that never made it into the final build of Sonic 2. The developers ran out of time because zones like Cyber City were started much too late in the development cycle. Back in 1992, release dates for games were concrete. You couldn't push them back like you can today. The game was done when the calendar said it was done, whether or not you were finished. The developers were about 60% done when release date came, which is why so many levels were discarded.

Je l'ai fini ce soir sur mégadrive 2 sur une vrai cartouche. Il est très bien réalisé. Il m'a fallu une heure mais j'y suis arrivé. Que des nouveaux niveaux. Attention impossible de courir trop vite,surtout dans les premières zones. Il y a des ennemis partout. Un très bon jeu. Il fait parti de ma collection au même titre que tous les sonic originaux. ❤❤❤

I think this will be the story Sonic come before forcing eggman to make secretly a plan to defeat sonic and his new pal tails the history of the battle and persecution are the same as sonic one up to mystic cave the they turn to the savage desert of dust hill in a unknown region of westside island known as the lost world, defeating for second time the tonkachi eggman, after that defeat escape to rock zone a fiery volcano near hill top zone and fight a repaired submarine eggman, after defeat go to the forest under the chasm of hill top zone mountains: wood zone and after defeat his new submarine eggman II, after that both heroes destroy the repaired drill eggman and when escaped the trio found the altar for the master emeralds the hidden palace, sonic and tails defeated the repaired drill eggman II and they somehow returned to casino night zone (possible the waters from hudden palace are the birth of casino night's river, after being defeate catcher eggman he goes to his hidden base (similar to gimme shelter of sonic battle) cyber city and that usethe flying and fails escaping from the island and sonic and tails look for more adventures

Rebel Page Sorry for late answer. SMB TLL is the japaneese SMB2 unreleased elsewhere, according to wikipedia. This is an unnoficial fanmade Sonic2 based on scrapped S2 levels. You can buy it from china on Ebay and play on a real MD/Genesis. But for comparison, I dont see much in common.
