2016: Joy 2022: Pain Hearing the news of Wrath of Nazo being cancelled was heartbreaking, but totally understandable. This was a super ambitious passion project, but life gets in the way, especially when needing to support your family and further your professional career. The legacy of Nazo Unleashed will never die, and while the animatic won’t be the fully finished product, the fact you’re releasing it anyways so we can enjoy the story you crafted is beyond amazing. I’ve been a fan of Chakra-X for years now and yes it might seem like he’s taking a long time to release these because the trailer said 2019 and now it is currently April of 2021. We should completely understand that what he is trying to accomplish is no small feat and the amount of smoothness he desires from his work is unrivaled by anyone else who puts out content. Yes, he hasn’t been able to upload any part of the sequel us fans want so much. But if anything the wait just brings the anticipation up more, it is going to be an absolute breakthrough in fan made content. Many actually prefer his creation to what the sonic company regularly churns out. Hey maybe for Sonic’s 30th year anniversary he’ll get it out to us. All we can do is hope!

To everyone complaining about this coming out in 2019 heres what you need to consider: Animation is EXTREMELY complicated and time consuming. To have smooth movement you have to draw each and every frame to get whatever it is you're moving and make that object move appropriately so it doesn't look weird or choppy. It can be a lot of work especially if whatever it is you're animating is an awkward part or object. I may not be a professional animator but I do work on 30 second long flipnotes on my nintendo dsi to this day and that alone can take up to 7+ hours of work. Those aren't even comparable to what Chakra and other professional animators are doing. Also keep in mind that he's not getting paid to do this except from the money he raises on patreon for him to at least feed himself and live comfortably. From what it looks like Chakra X has done a lot so far and for him to release a trailer I would assume he may release a part soon. Unless he isn't doing parts but instead is doing a whole movie which hell props to him if he chooses to do that. So if you're just gonna sit there and demand a part or for this to be finished now and just being overall incredibly ignorant to the time it takes to create beautiful animations like Chakra X is doing just do him a favor and quit complaining about it. I'm sure if he wanted to he could pull a Sonic 06' on us and give us a bad unfinished or rushed project due to all the demand and i'd HATE to see something that's looking amazing so far come out like that. Chakra if you for some reason decided to read this as well please keep taking your time on this because for just 2 minutes and 10 seconds of animation I am throughly impressed with the progress you have made over the past 10 years. I didn't actually think you were going to go through with a sequel but this a beautiful. I can't wait wait to see the finished project and other future projects from you.

But you would have a lot of work to do. When looking at part 1, you will have to redo everything after the intro, you can see the ,assign down grade in quality, like there being almost no background and it just being blue. Sonic when walking. Looks like he’s just standing in place but with him kicking his legs. Knuckles and tails got the most massive downgrade in animation quality. You can tell it’s not finished, so you will have to do everything after the intro scene to make it look somewhat like this.

The animation jump between the original Nazo Unleashed and this is Phenomenal. Shows you the improvements a person can make over 10 years. I am curious, some artists like to revisit older projects, touch them up, redo them and the like, others prefer to leave them as-is as a record of how far they've come, Would you ever consider re-animating the original Nazo: Unleashed, changing it in ways that you think would be better, things you just couldn't do the first time around, etc? I'm not asking you to do it, I'm curious if you'd ever consider it and if you'd make changes to it as a result, or leave it untouched.
