Sonic Trailer Comparison

When I was making my recut version of the 2019 Sonic movie trailer, I noticed that a lot of things had changed between the trailer and the final film. So I decided to compare the two versions of the trailer side by side, just for fun.

Colors are definitely better in the new one.

Yeah, the colors were different in the movie than in the trailer.

The lightning, and some of the actions done in some of the scenes are way better. Hopefully, the 2nd sonic movie is as great as this one.

The original scares me, but I like the recut better.

There's a decent amount of desyncing, is that just you making tiny mistakes while replacing the footage or do some shots actually last longer/shorter in the final movie?

Most of it is the shots being a different length in the movie.
