Y'know, this ending could work very well if you play Sonic 3D in 2D afterward (The fan 2d remake of sonic 3d blast) cause that game begins with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles together on the Tornado as they find flicky Island, and in the first level of 3D in 2D you can use Super Sonic (before he loses the emeralds after stage 1), meaning, Sonic already has the chaos emeralds from this game.
