Actually this isn’t Archie Sonic this is in fact game sonic. You can tell because this Sonic is showing skills from the game Sonic Frontiers. As far as we know Archie Sonic has no idea of the starfall islands from frontiers. Only game Sonic knows about them. I’d also like to point out Game Sonic’s “danger sense” is something he has had since Sonic CD.

Just to keep in mind, Super Forms from Sonic’s world are not powered by rage like Super Saiyan. It’s positive energy that can be directed into literal reality bending abilities and more. Such as turning thoughts into power, creating objects out thin air, disabling other super forms, purifying negative energy, opening portals to different parts of time, and despite still being able to be knocked back, there won’t be any sign of damage at all due to complete invulnerability. All this is balanced by power rings, the gold rings that are collected throughout the games. They can be used as currency or special objects that protect a person from all harm as long as their carrying one. The only way a Super Form can be damaged is by another individual or entity with divine power, magic or are completely superior to a super form. Such characters are Solaris, Dark Gaia, Enerjak, the Time Eater and The End. All have managed to injure Super Sonic in battle. Enerjak even killed him in the Dark Mobius Timeline in the Archie Comics because he’s a living Chaos Demigod who can extract souls, destroy someone on molecular level and is fully immortal.

Enerjak= archie -Can't be put as the same as Game Sonic- First: Most Bosses Super Sonic has faced could only damage Sonic when they are sharing or affect the chaos emeralds. The End has actually been able to hurt Super Sonic without affecting the Emeralds in some way, probably Solaris too, but Super Sonic was obviously stronger. Time Eater could not damage Super Sonic, and Dark Gaia was affecting the emeralds and still got basically one spotted after the barrier was dispelled. Secondly: Power rings or gold rings are a wild topic, we haven't actually seen it being used in the stories and only in gameplay, besides Sonic Prime which is a TV show, but to give the benefit of the doubt they seem to be relevant. Everything else is completely true.

@@meachy1 Actually Solaris is in the Archie Comics. But because of the timeline reset after 06, he doesn’t exist anymore. This doesn’t mean, however, that Solaris’s feats against the Super Hedgehogs were erased too. Super Forms can still be neutralized and countered by beings that use Chaos Energy or are far superior when it comes to their powers, not strength. For example, Enerjak (The OG Archie Timeline) was defeated when Locke, Knuckles’s father, used an ancient chant to revert him back to normal. Locke was nowhere as strong Super Sonic or Enerjak, but he could still use the chant as Enerjak, despite being a god, was not immune to other Chaos Techniques. As for the Time Eater, I can’t remember if it is in the comics, but I think it is. Edit: Just looked it up. It is in the comics but is never shown.

Dark super sonic from the sonic x series is feuled by rage from pulling the negative energy from fake chaos emeralds and Dark spine sonic from secret rings is fueld by the three world rings of sandness, hatred, and rage. So they're more similar to what Super saiyan started out as.

so, as a semi literate sonic nerd, i wanted to sort of put into perspective the battles that were shown in the transformation of super sonic perfect chaos, weirdly enough also has the title of "god of destruction" in the sonic universe, at it's current observable power, was able to level an entire city. dark gaia was an entity in the earth, along with "light gaia" that was essentially good vs bad force in the world, and is capable, when awakened, to break the earth egg viper...gonna be honest, have no idea of his feats, but it's not too important, because the real powerhouse, and officially stated as the strongest opponent sonic has ever faced is next. solaris is the god of time itself, and within it's true form, is capapble of wiping out time itself, along with being omnipresent, existing in the past, present and future all at once. supersonic DID need help, so we can't focus it all on him, but still, with the power to defy a time god is pretty impressive.

Way to downplay. Encylospeedia outright states Dark Gaia is the literal CONCEPT of Darkness embodied, and that Solaris was above not just time, but space as well. Outright stated to eat dimensions for lunch. And Solaris isn't the strongest enemy Sonic has faced either. The End is. Sonic was able to neg the Titans who were said to each be on par with Dark Gaia but couldn't take down The End without help. The being in control of time that you were thinking about? That would be Time Eater. And he was outright stated to be eating timelines on a Multiversal scale. Don't downplay 👎

And FYI, Encylospeedia also outright stated that Sonic could have 1v1 Solaris if not for it existing in past, present, and future simultaneously, giving further evidence that The End was superior. Also keep in mind, Sonic was cracking jokes the entire time while fighting Solaris, but had to get somewhat serious against The End.
