i personally love the raw silver frame and swingarm on aprilas, for me it's like aprilia trademark, but can't say that carbon covers don't look good... its just personal prefernece and that gold detail on wheels is cherry on top, really upps the look

Almost all of the weight saving was in the slip on right? So changing just the headers made a negligible weight difference

historically aprilia changes the frame and swingarm color to signify the last year of production of a particular model. But i always liked the raw aluminum finish of the aprilia. i would never put carbon trim on top of it. but thats just me. you can never go wrong with carbon fiber though. bike looks menacing.

Honestly I like the RSV4s over the Panigale and that’s not saying the V4 is a bad in anyway. The RSV4 just seems like a better balanced bike for the street where they are ridden 98% of the time.
