Analysis Sonic x Shadow Generations = the combination of 06 (Kingdom Valley and Crisis City), Colours (Wisps), Unleashed (maybe? because some of the stages look like from Unleashed), original Generations (pretty obvious), and Shadow the Hedgehog. Shadow gaining wings = Black Doom's DNA awakened inside him, giving him the wings

ok so from the looks of it the wings are something shadow himself isn't making rather things are going into shadow which is forcefully creating them. so the wings are most likely for specific stages similar to the flying creatures in shadows original game, theirs 5 confirmed levels in the trailer. shadow has a skill tree which could work similar to the chaos boost from oc the higher the level and more points the new powers most likely chaos powers shadow can do. and shadow is useing chaos control which basically confirmed shadow doesn't need a chaos emerald for it as again the games for a long time confirmed but people still go against couse apparently sega states otherwise and you the idw comic nonsense, if shadow does have a chaos emerald in this game then that makes completely no sense.

From what I've seen, I can confirm 5 stages: - Final Rush - Kingdom Valley - Rail Canyon - West polis - Radical Highway And with these stages, we can guess that they may pertain to the bosses that show up. We know that Time Eater and Black Doom will be bosses, and I think Mephiles my be one as well due to Kingdom valleys inclusion. Also, they finally used the domain bought a while ago, detailing a lot of info. Probably the most exciting, hopeful, and useful being that the Shadow's white space is actually different to Sonic's. Instead of a 2D white void connecting the stages, it's open-zone. That's right. We got Frontiers 2 before Frontiers 2. It's even stated on the site. And I quote: "EXPLORE THE NEW WHITE SPACE Stretch your legs in an all-new hub world inspired by the open-zone gameplay of Sonic Frontiers. As Shadow gains new powers, he can explore further and uncover the secrets hidden throughout!" WE EATING GOOD BABY

I wouldn't mind DLC levels. It was kind of a shame that the original game didn't go with it at the time, with the only DLC level being a pinball game. I could see them merging Rail Canyon and Bullet Station just like they did with Seaside Hill and Ocean Palace. DLC levels and skins I think that they need. Frontiers and Colours dropped the ball on skins, and I really hope Generations pushes this idea. Riders skins, Soap shoes, maybe a Mephilis skin, just something to add more life. Even if they steal some costumes from the mobile games, I think that could be cool. If Super forms could also get skins. Maybe different characters as skins like Knuckles and Blaze. I think that would be pretty cool.
