Excellent rundown! Only time I got to see them was opening for Pavement at the Hollywood Bowl, and they were in extremely fine form, making the most of the expansive venue. They were like a well oiled freight train. Great night overall. Now I need to go revisit those last three Pen-Pen and ultimate albums.

Another very interesting rundown cheers Ash, the only album I knew was Daydream Nation which you flagged as an album of the week .... something about the edgy ambience of the band reminds me of The Velvet Underground. Keep em coming

NYC Ghosts And Flowers seems missing here, it's definitely an overlooked SY classic LP, but that's just my opinion. Lee's title track is absolutely wonderful. I always love Lee's contributions. Years ago I did a mixed tape for a mate including only Lee's songs.
