The second movie is both StH2 and Sonic 3&K. One of the posters was even based on the StH2 box art. The third movie has references to the 2005 Shadow game, with his guns and motorcycle.

Sonic 1 would just be based off the first Sonic game even though theres no story there. Sonic 2 would be Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Sonic 3 is Sonic adventure 2 and some of Shadow 05. The Shadow spin off will likely be more of a Shadow 05 adaptation than Sonic 3 was. And Sonic 4 will most likely be a mix of Sonic CD and Heroes.
