Yes it has a starting sound just like QXM390BRH but higher pitch and yes it goes off each hour but doesnt sound when completely dark

Maybe try to switch the batteries or Move the clock side to side Ari told me to move it side to side and it worked

@@PrimeSonicYT15 Thanks for the quick tip. Unfortunately, moving side to side did not help. I imagine the batteries are good since the chiming music works fine and the clock is also spinning and doing its fancy spinning back and forwards. 🤔
