In my defense, the emerald models aren't the same for each cutscene. Each cutscene with them have their own set of emeralds that need to be changed per cutscene.

Pretty sure things would go a whole lot differently if sonic and friends just straight up asked why eggman wants to take over the world pretty sure it'd be like: Sonic: you know I never really thought about it but why do you wanna take over the world?
