Great guide Sonic, very comprehensive.! I think Metera move set is among the most loyal to the classic zone archetype in fighting games. A wide variety of projectiles moves, a setup move w/ variations. No particular escape tool but you gotta play to her strengths as much you can. For those who want a play different kind of zoner in this game, you have Caglostro (she has a teleport move and is more focused on build-up and traps) and Ferry as a non-projectile zoner (long-reach strikes).

These helped me greatly. I would constantly hit a wall once got into the A ranks with her & Kat only to get immediately booted back into B1. But now, I can hover around the A ranks for a while with Metera. (Just gotta start working on individual matchups) Thanks alot!

I just got it down. You could mash H but you wont be consistent. After you j.U you want to hit H when you are in the downwards angle of the arc. Youll notice when you press U metera jumps forwards then downwards
