Shoot Cole whatever is easiest available tractor is what we use too. If overkill gets the job done without breaking anything go for it. A lot of us do that too. Busy days during these transitional days of the season.

Wow cant believe a 4 wheel drive tractor on on sm grain drill we drill wheat hay with a 16 ft jd grain drill and a 1949 case 630 diesel 60hp tractor

rye handling - that looks A LOT safer and more efficient than hanging a bag from a forklift. If the seed logistics people were liable to their customers - that bag system would not exist.

I would have used the open station.. 1. There’s no better feeling than recreational farmin on an open station 2. You would’ve got more rye in a crooked row 3. With all that wind no bugs!
