Be thankful! We live in Oconee county on SC , we have just been hit by Helene hurricane! Georgia and NC, and Tennessee are in shambles. Mountain cities like Ashville NC is completely cut off. Road are gone and the death tole is rising! Power people all the way from Texas are helping out to help people in the South! Pray for them all .The army is out there too, this is so so bad! Pray for all those folks! Glad you have a great harvest this year,! God Bless!

Wow! Those kohlrabi were almost as big as Matthews head! The amount of spuds in that row you harvested was incredible and it looked like hardly any rocks. You mentioned your last planting of sweet corn which gives me good opportunity to ask you a question that's been stirring in my mind for the last several weeks Andrew. I noticed that all this season you veggie boys haven't silaged any of the sweet corn and you've also got a tube of silage out in front of the stables that I believe is still from last year, so, what's the story behind this? Also, you guys grow an abundance of pumpkins but I don't see any varieties of squash other than the yellow and zucchini. Why don't you grow various other squash? Curious to know. --- Keith

don't you let one vegetable go to waste... This is your year of abundance so honor it... sell it at the market or to the wholesaler ... heck drop the price 20% for people that show up before 9am to buy yesterday's leftovers. feed the rest to the animals... but don't let it go to waste

Those are beautiful tomatoes. It would be nice to know varieties so others in this planting zone could try them too. We’re in a drought in SW MO and I’ve had good tomatoes watering. But not like those beauties. Cucumbers did horrible after multiple plantings. Peppers are still doing well.

Nice how careful you guys are throwing the pumpkins. I've caught a pumpkin stem or two to the palm of the hand it doesn't feel nice. Once, at a farm where I worked, we were tossing some pumpkins fire line style. Someone tossed a pumpkin without making eye contact with the person being thrown to, and it smacked him in the forehead. He was out injured for a couple of days till his headache was better!

How deep does the Potato picking machine go? It doesn't look like it goes very deep at all. As your picking them off the ground you seem to be collecting only the bigger ones and leaving the small. I love small potatoes for roasts, stews and oven roasting. I hope you collect them for sale separately
