Sonny Boy was my first blues crush... I would have never learned anything about any of the other greats were it not for him. What an incredible genre and what an incredible representative of that genre.

blacks created the blues n lived thru hardships n troubles most cant understand 2day,so my advice 2 any1 is look back not forward n yr find where the tru inavators skills originality n passion came from,me i show respect cos the most important blues music ever made was by blacks.its tru music undiluted by pop,ive gone back 2 the 1920s with skip james then worked forward finding pure talent fred mcdowell junior wells buddy guy smoky babe snooks eaglin little walter rl burnside n so many more.

Muki Jones 😯 Muki, always try to hear the Lowest note that's the key of the song, (easier with guitar or piano) thats the rule, but harps are in IV (fourth) chord always, Key or root is I chord (first) Most older blues were in key of E, so E F G (A) / So the harp is an A key harp since harps are in separate keys. Get it? Hohner GOLDEN MELODY diatonic 10 hole blues harp is the best you can buy $40 and you can bend a note into next week for your blues. Hoped it helped.Ciao😯
