Absolutely. That’s why Pochettino left. I know that not everyone agrees, but I think that we would be in a far better place if he had stayed and was able to have some say in the signings. Instead we are run by these clowns who don’t care what happens on the pitch, and just love playing their silly games in the transfer market.

Totally agree with you. There is no accountability at Chelsea at all. The squad is poorly assembled and the head coach is incompetent and incapable of getting the best out of his players. It has gotten so bad for me I don’t like watching them play. I prefer watching exciting teams like Bournemouth play. Maresca and the two sporting directors are great at spin and gas lighting. Unfortunately I do not see Chelsea finishing in the top 4 or 5.

The owners are not just insulting our intelligence but also having a laugh while doing it! The courage to announce another so called “mentality monster” after the game highlights the rampant shamelessness in this ownership. It’s also a bad look on Maresca. Can you not motivate your own players? Probably will be as effective as the last one…

For my part, the fans of CHELSEA football club in London must demand a change in the management of the Club or a departure of the Owners otherwise we will no longer buy tickets 🎟 to fill the Stadium 🏟 at each Blues match. The Club's problems are the owners and the people they have placed in charge of recruiting players, coaches and goalkeepers. We have the impression that they are people who have never played football and do not know what the high level of football is ⚽️. It is good to buy talented young players but a Club like CHELSEA Football Club you need 11 warriors, killers in any position to conquer first place and talented young players on the bench to learn and have a few minutes in each match. Today it is clear that our players no longer want to play for Maresca because he is useless and drunk all day long with his system that kills our full-backs and wingers especially our midfielders by putting Enzo high when he is better low and leaving Caicedo all alone, by putting PAlmer behind the striker instead of putting him on the right wing in a split with Gusto. We must tell ourselves that our players have become even more useless under Maresca than under Pocchetino. In any case I am in favor of getting rid of Enzo Maresca as well as Winstanley, Stewart. Let's stop buying young players just for business but let's buy talented young players when you see him play you have the impression that he is 30 years old because he is mature in his way of playing like for example Cole PAlmer, Anselmino, Hato from Ajax, Araujo from Benfica. I'm fed up 😡😡

Sacking Maresca changes nothing. The new owners have appointed and sacked 2 managers already. If they're really serious about success on the pitch, they should get rid of those clown SDs asap. Accountability from the ownership, first and foremost. Another often-overlooked aspect of success is dressing room culture. Not only did Clownlake gut out the core of the Roman-era personnel, the unhealthy nature of chopping and changing players, treating them shabbily (eg exiling Chalobah), academy players unsure if they will get a look-in in the senior team or will be sold for pure profit, creating an A Vs B team mentality etc, has got to impact the players. Who are now just employees. And fans are customers. If this is what the globalisation of soccer entails, I don't want any part of it.

Sacking directors makes no sense as sacking manager. Owners still going to appoint people who have the same vision like them and people who are ready to collaborate with them. Remember TT was sacked because he didn't collaborate and didn't see the club's future the same as owners.

Question, if Chelsea finishes top 4 with conference league title. Would that be a failure?

It would still be a failure in the long term because this current team does not have the quality to compete in both the CL and PL. And if the owners are going to use the CL qualification $ to buy more young players, the farce will continue...

We need to build a serious team. If we finish top 4 and make UCL we won't compete for that title or any serious trophy and that is a massive failure after spending £1.5billion. We need a spine and we don't have one with all these kids! We need an experienced top level goalkeeper and a CB of the same ilk plus a 20g a season striker at the minimum.

Not happening, this team are no way good enough, Palmer & Caicedo excepted. Conference league maybe but these owners have got to go they are the problem. After all the money spent on players, managers, and back room staff, top four is a must and nothing less. UTC

Top 4 would not be a failure. Not making top 4, regardless of Conference, is a failure.
