SONOFF SNZB-02P NEW Temperature and Humidity Sensor

I am a Zigbee newbie. I have purchased an Hubitat C-7 hub. My understanding is that this model hub does not natively support Zigbee 3.0. The SONOFF SNZB-02P temp sensor seems to support or connect using the 3.0 protocol. My questions is, can Zigbee 3.0 devices connect to older hubs that do not support the 3.0 protocol. If so, how involved is the pairing process? Enjoyed your video. Thanks.

Zigbee 3.0 is backwardly compatible with Zigbee 2.0. So you will be fine, the SNZB-02P (or any of the Sonoff products) will work just fine with your Zigbee 2.0 based radios. Can I ask why Hubitat? I have no experience of Hubitat so I'd be interested in finding out why you decided on that platform.

Nope, listening to Music Assistant ;) New microphone in the mail and to be implemented shortly, so the headphones will be gone soon. :)
