Sonos Arc Ultra - 9.1.4 Soundbar Review

I am ready to upgrade from old player and sonos one and two others I have. I am thinking of getting rid of everything and just get the arc ultra. Live in a condo and sub is just too much. Would I be happy with just the ultra?

Still no DTS-X is a real let down if you listen to physical media. All other soundbars support it nowadays. Older Blu rays have no Atmos. For this price it is kind of inexcusable. It does support DTS Digital Surround but that's it.

What others do doesn’t mean you have to follow. Older dtsx have dynamic issues and doesn’t always sound better anyways, why bother

I watch movies from my pc through kodi and if the format is dts I have multichannel pcm 7.1, there are solutions in every problem just spend some time and do some research because sonos is worth it, I have arc ultra x2 subs gen 3 and x2 era 300 and its the best home theater system I ever heard the only way to out perform this system is to invest at least 5 k on a traditional home theater and set it up properly which takes a lot of time and also alot of space.

Not only it did not support dts it expensive too.

For all that money just buy a real system then you actually have true 5.1 and your not locked down to sonos ecosystem. And you have options to upgrade later.
