I consider Season 6 to be the messiest season and one of the worst/least favorites. Mostly because Toric was supposed to be the main villain of the season, but the actor had to choose SOA or another show because of scheduling/filming. He picked the other show. So they had to alter stuff and go in another direction. The season does have it's moments, but overall I think it's a weak one. Would've liked to see the original idea for the season. Also, the Season 6 finale was pretty weak too. It's pretty much the last 15 minutes that are the most important. Everything else kind of drags and stuff. Then throw in that the Season 6 finale is one of the longest episodes of the show. Maybe even THE longest episode. But all that's really important is the last 15-20 minutes. The rest of the episode just seems like filler.

I like to think that our favorite not a marshal, who was stated to be forced into early retirement because he got violent with people. This means he did stuff for bad people in high places so much that when he finally got caught he still had enough juice to run at full marshal power and then some. That is a scary dude.

Remember when this season got delayed in release because a school shooting happens round about the time. This season is the most violent by far.

It was never delayed. I watched it live. They had the release date planned ahead of time (like March-May and then things were finalized when the marketing started up in June or July), and it stuck to it. And episodes kept releasing weekly/each Tuesday. Season 6 and 7 was when I started watching the show live every Tuesday night (I couldn't trust my DVR around then, it would record the episode, but automatically delete it afterwards, so I had to watch it live in case the episode didn't record/the recording messed up, leading me to get "creative" on watching the show/episodes). Seasons 1 thru 5, I let build up on my DVR 3-5 episodes at a time. There was no altering to Season 6 releasing.

They are already halfway through Season 7. They didn't start uploading to KZbin until they were on like the second half of Season 2 or beginning of Season 3 on Patreon. They did that to be ahead of KZbin comments and any possible spoilers. So the start of Season 6 was probably October sometime or beginning of November.

First of all, I love your reviews. I can’t understand how Nikki can give Gemma so many passes and hate Clay so much. I mean Clay deserves the hate but Gemma is just as bad if not worse than Clay. I remember Kurt Sutter talking about stuff. They almost didn't want to air the episode, or they wanted to redo the episode and alter stuff. I think FX wanted to cancel SOA and fire Kurt Sutter. But Kurt Sutter told FX to chill and it would play a big role in the season and he told them to just let him do his job (write). He got his way.

You can’t let someone bitch you out in jail or prison, bc then everybody else will see you as weak, and you become a target. Realistically a kid shooting a full auto tec-9 would be uncontrollable and instantly go into the roof and no way would he have the skill and knowledge to burst it like that. They basically had to exploit real world stuff to go to further the plot along "SEE! Guns gets in the hands of these kids!" I remember feeling a shark jump at that scene tbh.

I feel like the blond boy shown throughout the episode symbolises Abel and what he could become in 7-8 years if Jax fails to keep his sons away from the violence of the club. Remember the scratches on the boy's arm in Season 7 when Abel starts acting out in school and harming himself.

I like Tara, but if she wanted a normal life with her boys, she should’ve left in the season 4 finale. She chose to stay in Charming and fight with Gemma, over Jax, vs doing what was best for herself and those kids, and getting the hell out of charming.

The only way I can understand why Jax does what he does is that he’s someone who doesn’t process their emotions the in a healthy way , when he’s sad or frustrated or just going through a hell of a time he turns to sex as a way to cope we see it over and over again throughout the series , he doesn’t stop to try and understand why he’s feeling that way he just gets any available warm body to help he forget for the moment now not saying that’s it’s right that he continues to act like an idiot cheating on his wife with anybody but it’s how he deals with his life.
