Agreed on many points: - Price of kit is quite Gigantic - Wish we had more warscrolls - Wish we had a box of 2 giants that are Armiger sized (so between the normal giants and Ogres) to get us more variety of models and units - The army book lore was fantastic, they did a great job there - but with just 4 units to work with obviously a little light on rules Actual army is a lot of fun - they can really be a tactical army to play as the big lads take a punch - so you can do some crazy things - the large base is also quite useful - the goal is to try to tag an enemy unit from two sides to prevent the enemy from piling in as they get stuck between 2 massive giants - the little giants are decent enough, so overall still a good little book and I am excited to get started on building my big lad

I personally love this range (my 3rd favourite army behind Nighthaunt and ossiarch) and have all 3 mega gargants, with 3 mancrushers for around 2000 points. The pricing is.... debatable, but it is a stunning model

I like them but they cost too much. £55-60 for the two smaller giants and £85-95 for the big guy would have been okay. With these prices I think a lot of the giant armies out there are going to be using at least a few proxies (as there is no shortage of other giants models on the market which are high quality and a fair bit cheaper). GW has cut their own nose off to spite their face with this release imo. They got greedy and as a result a lot of the revenue generated by this faction will be going into the pockets of their rivals as people look elsewhere for suitable models.

Great looking models and I like variations but £120 same price as a battle force is crazy! I remember having the old metal giants of Albion models which were a nightmare to assemble.

I really love the models and I'll probably buy the Ogor Christmas box, but I'm having a hard time paying that much for the Mega. It seems ridiculous to cost more than a big Primarch model.

I don't feel so bad about Mortarion costing £90 (£71 at Wayland games) anymore... Maybe I'll grab one if he gets buffed in the new codex before it goes up to £130 in price..

For army that only consist of 2 giants, this make Sons of Behemat the best minis to start army in AoS (if you don't mind the price)

Ha ha 'full range' 😂. Seriously can't wait to see how they expand this army though. Would it be conceivable to have AoS large creatures as 'pets' that Sons of Behemat mega Gargants could deploy?

A king Brodd or one of the extra-large gargants they mention in the book
@rafaelz62114 жыл бұрын
Yeah that’s a cool idea. Or maybe a frost giant/yeti gargant

@@RosieJonesRules there are larger Gargants? Wow

@@veekleek7535 the book mentions them. It also mentions female gargants, a model of which would be awesome
