To clarify this Inbred Hulk thing, when the Hero Holocaust(all the heroes were taken out by coordinated attacks planned by the Red Skull)had commenced, the Hulk was on that kill list. His body absorbed so much radiation from a nuclear assault, the radiation screwed his mind up. He told Logan when they fought that what other woman could take the damn pace other than Jen? What's sad is we didn't get know what happened to her in the story

Honestly old man Logan was ok... but the hulk, even if having children made no sense..... he wants to be left alone, not bothered. Not have a sign on his forehead attack me. And hulk would not try to exploit Logan either.

To address all the people in the comics bringing up the weaker Hulk in the 60s surviving multiple nukes with no trouble, nuclear weaponry in that timeline was a lot more badass than it was in the 60s comics. Not to mention it's never actually clarified how many nukes Hulk got hit by. Saturation fire is a thing to keep in mind.

"What If?" the Hulk's inbred seed mated? What abomination would have been produced? Is there a list of heroes and villains that survived the Old Man Logan story? I suspect more will come from this 'world' in the future. Yes, I know "Insane Hulk" did come back, but what about Ms. Frost? What, indeed, was her long-term plan?
