Sony a6000 in 2023 - The BEST camera under $300

Which one do you think was the a6000? A or B? And why?

It looks like A is the A7iii and B is the a6000. At 3:10 the difference in compression looks substantial, because it's such a closeup of the car. Also the building in the back looks "further" away in frame B. But the images are surprisingly similar. On the photo-quality side, the a6000 is still a great bang for your buck.

I bought the A6000 for 240 euro. With the kitlens as new. I use it very much. If you have the money buy the Sigma 18-50 mm F2.8 with this very good camera.I even bought the 18-300 mm Tamron with it, I enjoy this camera very much. And I have a lot of other camera;s so I can compare. Thanks for nice vlog!

I think camera A is the a6000, I couldn't really see much difference till 3:17 if you look at the left taillight and the license plate you can just see that camera B has more detail. Also the paint on camera A has more noise then camera B where the paint is smooth. But for a camera that's almost 9 years im pretty impressed with the quality it can produce

We will see! I was so impressed, i expected it to be a lot easier to tell the difference, yeah for a 9 year old budget camera, it’s held up well

Still got mine and it's the best one for taking pictures at martial arts tournaments and shows because of its high speed it is possible to catch the full motion of more advanced kicks

Great video man! I already went and watched the video where you revealed what was what. I was only right on the first picture. I attributed certain attributes to the first pic and they didn't translate to the rest ... I might be getting an a6000 to save a buck.

B is the more expensive camera. You can see more details in the reflection but what throws me off. Abit is the depth.

If someone is making a decent amount of income with cameras such as commercial work or weddings i would definitely advise bumping up to more “professional” cameras. But as a place to start for the money produces good images.

The images are so close I would not be able to tell. The only real difference see is in the distortion and blur. Crazy cool. Love this!

Nope.. the price for a new one is 800 like you said first. You can find some for almost 600 but thats dodgy. Quite misleading

This camera is not under 300. You can find a used one for 565, but not for less.

It look a while of searching, bidding and offers on eBay or fb, plenty of patience but it can be done. There are a couple on eBay under $400 at the moment.

Open box at Best Buy with lens listed at $290. Just above $300 with tax, picked it up as a second body this weekend.

it took me a while to find one here in the US for $220, took a lot of bidding and offers. but a bit of patience got me there. if youre looking for something on a budget i hope something comes up for you!

Brand new yes. But as i said, with some patience and careful search, you can find them used for dirt cheap. I’ve bought 2 for under $300 now

@@thomasjmcclure You can find any camera for dirt cheap if you buy second hand, but they can come with many issues + no secure warranty or anything, this is a really stupid take. When I look up "good cameras under 300" I do not need to see videos of 800-2000 cameras that I "may be able to find for lower second hand", I'm looking for a BRAND NEW 300 or less camera. Useless
