The screen is barely any higher resolution than the A6000 from 2014, and the EVF is the same resolution as the A6300 from 2016. Competitors are now on 5.76mp EVFs and 1.62mp screens. Not sure this is good enough, and smells a bit of raiding the parts bins of other lines in the Sony catalogue. You also won't be doing any 1 second long hand held exposures like the competition can with their IBIS.

Many users of this camera posting 3-4 minute videos are visually saying it is a great cinematography camera. Love these guys as they are basically telling the detractors they don't know what they are talking about.

I bought my X-S20 a day before the A6700 was released - while I love it, I am getting IBIS wobbling in handheld video with wide lenses (13mm Viltrox F1.4). Are you getting IBIS wobbles on the Sony at all with ultra wide lenses?

First thing I did when I got my A6600 was to replace the viewfinder eye cup with a deep soft one. (Amazon). Huge difference. Nice review BTW. Thanks. I'll be up and out of bed early to put in my pre order.😁
