What memory card would you recommend for the a7riii?

Great video! I've ordered my A7R3 and the new 24-105 lens. Though I'm still on the fence regarding this lens. Do you think its a good all rounder lens to buy with the A7R3? Or do you recommend another lens instead? I'm half thinking of the Sigma 24-105 with MC-11 adapter, but I want to move away from adapters, coming from GH5 with speedbooster xl and sigma glass.

A friend told me to wait for the a7Siii instead of jumping on a7Riii. His reason? Low-light shooting environments are a much more common problem than needing >12MP, and he cited charts like in the link below. (Furthermore, a future a7Siii may have more than 12MP.) Isn't low light performance more important than ridiculous resolution that we'll never use? I do print posters 36" x 24", but as the chart shows, you actually don't need more than 12MP for that. And yet micro four-thirds GH4/GH5-type cameras are popular for video, but not for stills. (We have two GH4s & love them.) But ask any 5D or Nikon 850 still shooter why he needs full frame instead of M43, and they give you the same reason: low light situations. But perhaps what you’re telling me is that a7R series presents so much better low light performance than M43 sensors that its difference from the a7S is tiny.

Nice video but I felt the colour graded football clip with the flat profile had ruined the blacks as it has been crushed over the limit. Maybe it could have been toned down a bit. P.S: this is my own opinion and I may be wrong and am also open to criticism and corrections if necessary,

olympus leader in the market for ibis? And Pentax? c'mon... And again. pixelshift is an HUGE feature of Pentax since 2014... and the photo is ready in camera, no need of software elaboration. This is an awesome mirrorless, but some features are already on the market.

Those menu are horrible. I was hoping for a major rework of the menu and better use of the touchscreen but they added the my menu. Better than nothing but it doesn't make the camera fun to use. The d-pad scroll wheel with center click is such a poor design when it's time to navigate in the menus. Got some really nice shoots from the demo I played with but I'm on the fence since I'm pretty sure the menus and ergo will make me hate that camera on the long run.

I'm not, why do you think I'm menu driven ? My menu is for 12 items, it's configured using menu and once you use it the touchscreen doesn't work as a quick access to select the items.

They do not use widely the sensor they just encode in a larger window that is not even 4K DCI . Less than 4000 pixels. The only ones that offer wide 4k are 5d iv and Ursa mini 4.6 pro. (a9 results are very acceptable better that 5d iv but in a smaller encoding window) So go figure...

It that why they are using canon technology adapting the features into their camera. I can take 12 shots while you are trying to set your up,then you have to wait in the battery and card to buffet...I have several ,I go pump up on the Hype and bought them...Cant get my money back so in the Dry cabinet they go. I take the out now and then and they do take good pictures . I still prefer Canon...I see people buying them and then coming back to Canon...4k video is nothing by hype,you need a professional camera to get professional movies...Now the professionals shot with cameras that start out at $30,000 thousand dollars and go up from there ,not these poor man cameras...The makers pay professionals to make videos promoting their cameras,they don't really use them...;)
