Excellent demonstration guys, thank you! Did you try other shutter speeds than 1/400, or did you think 1/400 was about the sweet spot for gyro? Thanks again.

Thanks! If you go lower than 1/400 you might start seeing some artifacts because of the motion blur. I guess you can go to 1/200 if you put the camera on a rig or add some kind of support to reduce unwanted bumps. Again, the result might be better in the hands of an experienced camera op, haha.

Do you need turn IBIS off for this to work? A question seems nobody answer about on youtube.

It was off in this test and Sony recommends having it off. However, I've seen user reports that it works perfectly fine with IBIS. Seems like a pretty simple test if you have access to the camera.
