@@aminezaer yesssss, finally. I balanced the whole gimbal new. At the first look it seems to be balanced but it wasn ‘t. After i balanced the gimbal completly new it doesn’t vibritating any longer

Question. I’m trying to use the Sony A7s3 with this gimbal with a Rokinon lens. I can balance it but the autotune always says there is an error after I balance it. Second: I try to connect the multi port USB cable on the Sony to the camera control port on the gimbal , but the camera thinks I’m trying to charge the camera and the LCD screen tells me to use the USB C port instead , when im fact I’m just trying to record using the record button on the gimbal. What I am doing wrong ?

Crane 2s is not allowing me to record from the gimbal after connecting my sony a7s3 through type c to type c cable. I am wondering if anyone else is also experiencing the same issue or if it started occurring after a7s3 upgrade to V2.0?

I don’t own the A7Siii but I do have an A7iii and I’m wondering if you need to have the same usb c to multi cable that i need for the gimbal to utilize the record function.

RSC 2 by far. The Zhiyun gimbals don't keep the horizon straight.

Change your settings on the gimbal to canon camera instead of Sony using the usb c port on your a7iii

I am wondering three things. 1) Is it normal for the gimbal to turn in the opposite direction when you turn the base? 2) When you place this gimbal on a gimbal ring do you use the same settings? 3) Can you save these settings in the app? Thanks

Small (maybe large) problem.... How do I store/ transport the gimbal when the extension bracket is removed and it is at 45 degrees? The gimbal won't fit in the carrying case that it came in anymore. And it's too large to fit into my camera bag.

I use a 17 inch laptop shoulder bag and since it already has padding is already protected or I can loose the knobs and use the case, of course u will need to re balance the gimbal.
