PCVR is the way, and will continue to be the way. and a 1500$ quest will prove it. That said i LOVE PSVR and will be hyped for it. quest needs to dump for what they have done to the market. In the end, PSVR is truly what boosted the industry long before quest ever did. so Sony does deserve props.

It is great to see you back on KZbin and I have always loved your thoughts on VR. I think that the PSVR2 looks really interesting with the eye tracking tech and bringing the improvement to graphics and screen resolution. My Quest 2 is amazing but I do feel I may want to expand again as I started with PSVR and Oculus Go, before grabbing the Rift. Having games on many platforms is a win for all of us and I hope we will start to see Sony start to offer more games to PC and PC VR.

Hey, Eric! In my opinion, the power of the PSVR2 to change VR is in the distribution. The PSVR 1 was already being distributed globally, but the tech was still not good enough for a mass adoption between PS owners. I believe the global distribution added to the advances in technology in the PSVR2 will bring VR to a large number of new people. I really hope Meta announces an expansion to their supported regions in this Connect event. With Pico and PSVR2 on the horizon, they will lose a lot of market if they don't go global asap. Regarding PCVR, I think it is extremely important for marketing through livestreams and social media engagement. Currently it is close to impossible to stream natively with quality. I believe this is probably what caused the death of Nock, an awesome game that was very hard to generate content about. Thanks for the content!

You are allowed to take as many breaks as needed. KZbin isn't social services or emergency roadside repair. The news is spotty, the folks come and go. Others pick up the slack. You are one of the very few HONEST VR news and reviewers. Thrillseeker is one I like to. But some just piss me off with the fake smiles and constant ass-kissing to Meta. VR oasis has to be the worst to me. That group agro's me. Never a bad thing to say about the facebook overlord.

What about BMF he has an only positive facebook quest2 news channel with only quest2 news. Every little positive fart Mark gives him he makes a video about it with clickbait. And all kids love it! If you really love vr you make video's about every vr news and not only android vr. I think he thinks quest2 owners don't want pcvr and psvr2 news and quest2 news get more clicks and likes. But like most things in life mainstream isn't always the best quality around. To be honest mike makes more vr video's not only facebook quest2. But yeah most of them are only possitive about facebook products. Gamertag vr is also more around even if he is a ehh meta/oculus ambassador. But yeah most you tube vr influencers are afraid to speak evil about facebook. Don't ever metion facebook business plan is to suck every data out of you. Horizon worlds should be their new facebook miniverse were kids can buy bullshit and the money goes the facebook shareholders.

VR Oasis yeah that guy maintains an incongruent level of happy for 2022. Has what we used to call a: '$#@t eating grin'... So annoying! Another good one that is both positive but honest, (one of the absolute Originals!) is Caleb over at Reality Check VR. he was the one in 2017 not just giving news teaching how to do and be 'VR'. making VR accessories like overhead Magnetic retractable PCVR cable holders etc. bringing us along to VR conferences he goes to. He even did a TED Talk about VR. Caleb rocks! This is a great channel, but Reality Check VR is the original!

Contractors VR right is is the console seller. If they dont port to psvr 2 then sonys vr is D.O.A.. It would be akin to them loosing cod. in fact this could be their answer to loosing cod cause players could just mod in new cod maps sony may get cut out of in the future. But I would expect the modability to be why they wouldnt allow it on their system
