It’s only there to protect you and protect them. One time I went to guitar Center and went to pick up a new amp and guitar and forgot to notify the bank and it got flagged, it was my fault

There's many videos here on yt explaining what other T&C these scalpers are breaking. Ask Google if scalping is ok on ebay. This is the response:- "Is scalping on eBay illegal? "eBay is an important source of goods for buyers during emergencies and when supply chains are disrupted. I'm with you that it sucks, but unfortunately a video game console is not an essential item. And ebay is siding with sellers. OK that explains it. I was live streaming with this channel on release day, I got in 90 minutes after the start time. But by then everyone reported that the 30th pro was gone so I sort of gave up. While I was in I clicked on the regular pro but the 30th pro was avail after a minute. I thought it was a error but went ahead and clicked on it, checked out and paid... I'm nervous waiting for a cancelation, but so far nothing

I woke up with enough time before that 9 AM ET. I went onto the direct and it told me I arrived early and that my spot was saved when the line opened. Then when it opened I got in 15 min later and had enough time to decide between a pro and a 30th pro. Luckily I got both. I got the 30th to sell. and a pro for myself. and two of each controller to sell as well. Thankfully the scalpers that listed theirs already gave me a good idea of what it will sell for. Because I was just considering 1,500 for mine. but knowing I can make 4x my cash back is very enticing. Even if I want it for myself.

Well for many of us in other countries there is no option to buy it anyway because Sony doesn't provide PlayStation direct sales and the Pro 30th anniversary isn't gonna be provided threw stores but only threw Sony so it was a non point for me. I guess i at least avoided the stress. I got my self a PS5 slim 30th anniversary that was provided to stores along with the 30th anniversary Edge and Portal and an extra controller so my kids don't fight with each other on who is playing with the 30th anniversary controller. The Edge will be for daddy's hands only.

All you had to do if you wanted to buy the regular pro and the 30 anniversary Pro you had to make two separate orders they couldn't be on the same order which means after you made the first order you can either wait in line again or if it didn't kick you out of the line you place the second order and that's how you do it

I pre ordered the standard ps5 pro. I never tried to get the 30th anniversary bundle because I'm not a collector. I do have a Ps1, and all the accessories are still sealed in the boxes. That's the only thing I have other than my ps 5

BTW the site didn't say "1 console per user", it actually said "Due to high demand, there is a limit of 1 console per order". So you were unable to add 2 or more consoles in a single order and then checkout. However, if by some miracle you succesfully purchased a single 30th anniversary bundle and then managed to rejoin the queuing system and get back to the front before stock expired you could technically buy another one. But obviously that was impossible as when you did rejoin the queuing system you were placed at the back and there was zero chance any 30th bundles would still be available by the time you got back into the site. You could however buy a standard pro console afterwards with absolutely no issue.

@@TwistedGamingTV Of course it isn't. Everytime you buy something and checkout it gives you a unique order number. As long as you make each purchase seperately it is considered a different order and it's fine. You just can't purchase 2 consoles in 1 order.

I bought a 30th ps5 pro on eBay for 1750 + 111 shipping. The seller supposedly had 16 of em. Sold out in the matter of a few hours. U think this is a scam? Do u know of anything how eBay sellers get their payouts? I ordered two regular Pros and both went through so far. I used the same credit card. I had two iPads. One got through pretty quickly and the second one quickly caught up 30 minutes later. Sony might not care about the regular Pros as much.

That doesn't make any sense because if your card is declined it's declined right when you make the purchase initially because they reverse it right away because the pre-authorization so over the weekend that would be no way that they would cancel the order then from a flag I don't know if that's being explained the right way... If there's a payment issue it's right from the beginning it's declined right away because right away it's returned back to you Sony reversed it since the pre-authorization
