There's no 4k video crop on the RX10ii you get the full 1" sensor @ f2.8 24mm. On the Panasonic FZ1000/2000/2500 its cropped in at 37/36mm on the wide end!

Perhaps my hearing is off but am I hearing you say millilitre (as opposed to millimetre) when you refer to focal lengths?

If there was some awkward pronunciation in the voiceover at some point the message should still be conveyed.

You could not locate a UHS-I sd card to test 4K recording? There was not a single one in the "camera" store where you "filmed" this?

I didn't ask them if they had an opened card available. I try not to waste their time as much as possible. I am not entitled to their time or use of their gear, but they are very amiable when I ask. I don't want to burn that bridge by being a nuisance and having them take a financial hit on opening new product (they have for me in the past). Also, using their cards presents a logistical challenge to get data from. For my Z6 and Z7 videos I did use one of their XQD cards, but I want to limit that. My filming camera, the Canon EOS M50 works fine recording 4K on my Sandisk Ultra and Transcend cards, so I didn't expect Sony's requirement. If you came to KZbin specifically for 4k samples, I'd suggest including that in your search query. All but one of my videos is exported to KZbin in 1080p, so chances are I would have rendered any 4K samples at that. "Filmed" is common term for recording video. Though I'd agree that in a literal sense the term "recorded" makes more sense. Regards... Anonymous.

Sir this camera is full frame??
@ScottJWaldron4 жыл бұрын
No, it is "one inch" (1") which is significantly smaller than full-frame and aps-c. It is larger than 1/2.3" sensors found in the smallest cameras.
