Hello there. I bought it from this device, but when I start playing it, the tape plays like fast-winding, it gives sound from the jack, I couldn't get any sound from the back out. are these devices ntsc system? Doesn't he read the tapes in Turkey?

This is an audio recorder not a video recorder so no NTSC, PAL etc here. Should play without issue if it was working properly. It needs a service from what you are describing.

Are these dtc 1000Es decks easy to repair/ built like tanks? Or once they break its not worth fixing? Im looking at getting one because its basically the same body as a HI8 deck Sony made but it was grey metal.
