@@bennoboy97 (sorry for my bad english) For lower price (around 250 €), i recommand Sony bridge 400v or HX350. I own the two models + HX60. Fact is that HX60 is not so good. Lack of sharpness, terrible noise at 400 iso, video automatic without possibilty of adjustment. HX400v or 350 have Carl Zeiss optic. You feel instantly the difference: image is more defined, sharpness is great, you can zoom at 50 without disturbing noise. Video is perfect and all modes are adjustables. And guess what? The two models are cheaper that HX60. HX350 is even cheaper because he has no gps or grip (i don't need it). Unless you are into compact size, Sony bridges are far superior.

Four years ago I bought a used HX-60 in London for £70. Great value. Compact, but with a 30x zoom, making it very useful for travelling

I've had this camera for over 4 years. I like it's remote control app which I use with my Xperia mobile. I also like it's different auto modes and manual modes. I don't care for the grainy pics in lower light conditions or the lack of good macro focus. Thanks for the video and your honest critique!

I had it and sold it, amazing camera worth it even in future. If you are traveler is amazing for you, no need switch lenses the zoom is awesome . Basically your content gonna put the results being nice interesting and your skills or nothing special even if shot with a haselblad .... I bought the HX90 got it on good price cant wait to test it, i was tired changing the lens on my fuji x-t20...

This camera is awesome with the sony ECM-XYST1M mic fitted, never comes off the camera, no wires or battery needed, been using it for six years now, it's been half way round the world no problems. I have newer better equipment but this camera is just handy, still use it.

Ohhhhh This CAMERA is so GREAT!!! I bought twice of this same Brand. It is really the best alternative for the Big DSLR Cameras. They are light and you can zoom far away that wild animals from a far distance can be pictured undisturbed. I have it everywhere with me in my Pocket!!

I bought mine almost a year ago for only 40 pounds (second hand) - I love it. The only headache I can not get the value of my money after this. I could spend 400 or 600 Pounds on a new one. But. That not will be 10 or 15 times better than this little diamond... What should I do?

Yeah, I feel you. You've done a good deal! Nikon D5500 and similiar DSLRs which I've used for filming also got cheaper now. At least in my country; you can find it used for like 250/300$ - ridicolous value for the money.

Canon hs60 zooms in to 60-65 x optical. Great camera and takes great video also.

I would say both. It can do well in automatic modes for someone who does not want to think about the technicalities but it also has Manual mode for someone willing to learn manual controls.

Unfortunately, I have this camera. It once cost me almost 200 EUR. It was undoubtedly the worst purchase ever and effectively discouraged me from the Sony brand. Comparing the quality of photos taken with this camera to photos taken with a camera 5x cheaper and a few years older, and photos with cheap phones, I stopped seeing the point in taking it on a trip. The photos are very dark and after manual correction you can see its imperfection - grainy, each time out of focus. Selling this camera is a scam.

Not really. It could get job done but no 4K which I would consider as standard in 2020.

I think he’s absolutely wrong, 4K is still certainly not the standard in 2020. Most people don’t have a monitor to watch 4K videos. 1080p is absolutely enough for KZbin videos!

To be expected from f./ 3.5- lens and small sensor. Nothing to write home about but you can get some amount of bokeh using zoom.
