Thank you! The Sony website gave the same fix but says to stop holding within 5 seconds of it blinking orange, which I took to mean that I shouldn't keep holding while it blinks orange, so I couldn't fix this, but your video let me know that I should keep holding until it stops. This was very helpful, and resolved my issue.

Same! Expensive but it spoils everything about that issue! I guess there is something to do about the firmware update.

Thanks for this video. For no reason at all and my right ear bud stopped working and wouldn't turn on or charge and the case wasn't doing anything. After this video somehow the right came on and took a full charge and is working again. Thanks ah million.

I have a strange issue, when I use le codec on my samsung the bass sounds like my speakers are blown but when I'm on pc with dongle they sound fine. I have made sure I have no eq or anything on my phone.

I just bought the headset and connected it to my S23 Ultra phone via Bluetooth. However, when I turned off Bluetooth and connected it to my PS5, the right headset didn't work. I followed your instructions, but now the left one no longer works on my phone via Bluetooth. This is very frustrating as I just purchased the headset.😩💔

So i had got these headphones for my ps5 and when i game with my buddies on warzone they said i sound like a robot? I had tried this method to see if it works and no luck any tips on how i can fix that? I check my ps5 settings and everything is normal nothing is overloud or anything its just on my end that i sound werid.

sometimes they sound like that sometimes not but I use the controller speaker if it doesn’t work I also put the buds in my case and take them back out but I’m not sure
