The 15mmF1.4G lens is among my APSC favourite lens, along with the all round Sony 16-55G lens. I wonder if Sony will release some longer APSC primes along this line, e.g. update the Sony Zeiss 24mmF1.8, 35mm OSS and 50mm OSS.

i work at a shop that sell adult "Dolls" and this lens are perfect for product pictures an the dark basement with some studio lights.

Great summary. I find the 1.4G 15mm a bit dark, and have to bump up the EV a few clicks even when wide open. I have no idea why, never had this problem with other primes. Have you experienced this with this lens?!

Hi ZY, i am going to get the a6700 very soon, along with the 1655F2.8, and this 15F1.4 at a later time. as for the other two, 11F1.8 and 1020F4, which one would you recommend if I can only have one of these? thank you!

I personally keep returning to the 11mm F1.8 - preferring the bright F1.8 over the zoom range for 10-20
