Sony’s Non-existent “customer service”.

I bought a Sony surround sound receiver last year and am not happy with them or their service. I love my old country vinyl and the receiver has to be adjusted for every song. Bought a 1982 marantz receiver and cassette deck like I used to have and it sounds like music should sound.

THEY ARE TRASH. IM NEVER BUYING A SONY TV AGAIN. Samsung customer service for TV was GOD LIKE incredible helpful. WE CAN'T EVEN GET A DAMN HUMAN WITH FUCKING SONY🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Sony products are actually awesome (Japanese quality!) but yeah, customer service seems awful. Thankfully I never had to contact any customer service. I have good experience with Sony products so this is just my opinion.
