The Sinister Six are not just villains brought together by some higher up commander with a mission to defeat a bigger evil threat and save their world. They are all criminals who have a vendetta against Spider-Man for all the times they were put in prison cause of him. If Sinister Six was just Spider-Man(whether it was Tobey, Andrew, or Tom’s)fighting the group for a 2 hour long film, I wouldn’t be as upset. But they might not even include Spider-Man in this.

About your sinister Six rant: 1.Venom right now is dead,so he wouldn't be part of it; 2.The events of Madame Web happen in a different universe from the one the Venom movies and Morbius movie happen. 3.Without Madame Web and Venom in it,there are only 2 people left for the team(maybe 3 if the Silver Sable rumors are true). The Silver Sable thing isn't anything important. Before Absolute Carnage, if you got a symbiote, it meant something. Then Absolute Carnage made a point of highlighting everybody who had ever had a symbiote in Marvel comics history, and it seems that was largely so that they could have: 1. A multitude of Venom Spiderverse crossovers following that, where if your favorite character hasn't bonded with Venom in some sense in Marvel history, they have now - look, it's that universe over there. 2. What seems to, looking in, be a Spider Island event but for the Venom symbiote. So I'm like 99% certain that Silver Sable bonding with the Agony symbiote isn't really going to matter much after this event.

The problem is that the head of Sony Pictures doesn't understand what works for a shared universe. They want to say they're in the MCU because one character (Venom) popped up in a Spider-Man movie, thus all Sony Marvel movies exist in this shared universe. I remember Amy Pascal asking Kevin Feige for help with TASM 2 and threw a fit because of Kevin's suggestions. And then that movie barely didn't do well in the long run. I hate to say it but I will. Just return Spider-man and all of his characters to Marvel.

Agent Venom could work if it’s the same arrangement as with Holland Spider-Man. Marvel makes a Venom movie for Sony. After all if you’re making a Venom solo flick, Agent Venom is the version to adapt. It can pick up from the bit of symbiote that was left in 616 MCU. Government gets it and starts the Agent Venom program. Make it Flash Thompson (if they’re brave enough) or someone else. This version could even get that Tom Holland cameo Sony wants.

My favourite part of the Venom movies is that they ostensibly take place in the span of 18 months or so; the first movie has Tom Hardy looking like a 37-year old, while in the last movie he has forehead wrinkles you could hide a dime in.

I love how folks think Knull can work as some Thanos level villain. Are people aware that even in the comics, Knull had no personality and barely did anything?

I have hated every marvel movie since Infinity war, with exception of spider man, but, to be honest, the Kraven movie looks like it has potential to be a decent stand alone movie. I saw the trailer in theaters and it looked to be a decent soldier/spy/war type action movie, but that’s probably because they didn’t mention anything at ALL about Venom or Madame web or Sony characters at all. The whole focus of the trailer was Kraven’s dad passing down the torch to him, and passing on the mantle of the Hunter. I almost didn’t catch that it was a Kraven trailer until the title card at the end but I had a hunch it was that. And they put the Marvel logo really small in the corner of the release date screen at the end. Although, I’m sure that the trailer being so separated from the Sony-verse, is a last ditch effort to trick people into thinking it wasn’t related to Spider-Man. Who knows

knull have an amazing potential for a great villain. He have amazing story, that can connect heroes like eternals, Guardians, Thor etc. in very organic way. They just need to take their time to make it properly

Agent Venom is probably my third favorite Venom story after the Lethal Protector and King in Black runs. I do not want an Agent Venom movie from Sony.
