@@ThibautMahringer yeah. But it's not enough. We are talking about max 3 db difference when there are like 10-12 dB boost

@@folteaiustin4969 Put the highs at -2, and Xtreme 3 becomes muddy. I think you overestimate how boosted the highs are, it's a gentle V-Shaped tuning. If you put the following custom EQ (+2 +1 -1), there's no harshness anymore. Xtreme 3 becomes balanced sounding. With that EQ it went from horrible to great.

Its not even close, anyway the Sony speaker doesn't even have some sub bass reproduction, I would love to see how the Partybox 310 compares to the Partybox Encore Essential, please make it possible Willington!❤️

@@epickillahh3328 Yeah right, but if you observe closely the 110 has some slight emphasis on upper bass compared to the EE and it seems not to be a deep and clean bass, but the 310 has some clean rich and deep bass, even though I know that the 310 would win, I wanna see the difference, exclusively between the Partybox 310 and the 2x Partybox Encore Essential!

PB110's bass is top boomy compared to Encore. It has less sub bass and more mid-upper bass.

The bass on the Encore essential is still impressive with the bass. I think with Sony Speakers, they are beginning to become more Balanced sound like. they are no longer have "Extra Bass" JBL stole that claim.

Not a good comparison ... because both use different technologies. Encore is bass reflex which always sounds far better then passive radiators on xg500 Anyway sony sounds caged here and jbl as always has tiring and harsh bass

Inbelievable!! Jbl encore is not only much more clear but louder!!! Jbl encore is a clean winner!! ✋✋hands down, jbl encore is amazing, surprisingly shines against sony. I think sony should focus in photography and not into speakers. I have a sony camera 📸📷 and i am a fanatic fan of sony cameras for photography. But please sony stay at photography and do not compete with jbl speakers.
