Older hifi equipment is made so high quality I still have a jvc amp combo from 2003 still going strong

This is very similar to the F470 and F490. All pretty decent amps. The top model in the sub ES category around that time is certainly the F645R with FET output stages and a remote. Do they reach basic ES level in sound quality ? Nope,but that is only in a direct comparison noticable. And they also have quite a bit upgrade potential.

@@Techscrews it’s mostly dirty, and the volume knob scratches Will a vacuum cleaner help with the dust and stuff? I know what to do with the vol. knob It’s the Sony STR-VX1L
