Heads up, this is a great way to brick your touch screen. I own/have torn down one of these phones. You work back to front as the touch/oled is calibrated to the glass. Replace the glass/interface all at once.

Hi my screen is fine but my middle frame is really messed up. is the screen and glass glued to the frame? I have no problem pulling the back off, but the front scares me because of how good the screen still is.
